1、 Exhibitor should select booth location and express or fax the completed contract with stamp to
　　　　STE, and pay 50% of participation fee within 10 days after the contract signed by both parties
　　　　in order to confirm the booth reserved. The balance shall be paid before April 30th, 2008.

　 2、 First Arrangement will go to exhibitors who confirm participation and settle payment first. For
　　　　exhibitors who fail to pay the fee in stipulated time after signing the contract, the organizer
　　　　 has the right to cancel their reserved booth.

　 3、 The already paid fee will not be refundable for exhibitors who forsake the exhibiting
　　　　opportunity after signing the contract. For the sake of exhibition’s general layout, the
　　　　organizer can make some individual booth location adjustment upon the exhibitor’s consent.
