　In order to promote the development of supply chain management on electronic manufacturing industry in China,
　promote enterprises' competence, and offer a platform of exchange and cooperation for enterprises and the
　organizations in the circle. Global SCM Summit Forum 2007 was jointly held on June 19-21,2007 at Chinese
　Import and Export Commodities Fairground ,Guangzhou. This forum was sponsored by Department of Scientific
　and Technology of Guangdong Province, Hong Kong Productivity Council, Fraunhofer IML. There were more
　than 500 attendees who come from industry such as manufacturing industry, logistics, commerce, etc., probing
　into the advanced mode of supply chain management, the developing direction together, and sharing the
　achievement of application cases on supply chain management.

　The competition of Chinese manufacturing industry is so fierce and is posing at the flex point of development,
　therefore, the enterprises must learn and make good use of the advanced technology and mode to set up the
　efficient operation system of supply chain management and pointedly improve the operation situation. To
　complete the operation system of supply chain management has already become the key point of promoting
　enterprises' whole competitiveness. The manufacturers that can't meet the needs of operating wholly in supply
　chain management will be rapidly eliminated out from supply chain management system, and the whole supply
　chain system will pay much more attention to the whole performance rather than any individual enterprise.
